Slideshows offer an extremely flexible format for digital stories. They are well-suited for linear stories that combine text, photos, audio, and video.
Slideshow Components
On the front end a slideshow story is composed of a linear sequence of screens (slides). Slides come in a variety of layouts, which combine text and assets.
Creating a new slideshow story
- To create a slideshow, go to the Stories section, and click New.
- Give your story a name and select Slideshow as the type. Then click Create. After clicking Create, you may need to reload to see your story. Once you see it, click to pencil icon to open the editor for your new slideshow story.
